I’m Bill Burrows. I have been a Farm Bureau agent since January of 2008. I first worked as an insurance agent more than 30 years ago in Alaska. My wife Susan and I moved to Arizona in 2006 to be closer to our kids and grandkids. Temperature-wise, it was one extreme to the other but we both really enjoy all the sunshine! And I’ll take sunshine and heat over darkness and cold anytime!
I spent a large part of my working life as a radio announcer in broadcasting and advertising. I was the owner of an ad agency and also spent time as TV news anchor. This experience provides me tremendous insight into a wide variety of the issues facing both families and business owners. I have yet to meet a client with whom I don’t have some common experience to share.
Once you become a client, that’s when you really discover the Bill Burrows difference. My Sales Associate, Brandy Nelms, and I take the client relationship very seriously. Every client will have my personal cell phone number and can reach me anytime, including weekends. When you call the office with a question, if we don’t answer right away, we will get back to you as soon as possible. We will meet with you in person to review your policies at least once a year or more often if necessary. Of course, you are always welcome to drop by the office and say hello.
